The Straight Leg Raise Exercise
1) Lying on your back keep one leg straight with the back of the thigh on the floor.
2) Keep the other leg straight but raise it up in the air.
3) Maintain a straight leg.
4) Use a towel or similar aid to apply pressure to the leg to bring it closer to the chest.
5) Point the toe toward the head.
6) Repeat with opposite leg.
