004 the Pelvic Stretch

The Pelvic Stretch

1)    Lying flat on your back.

2)    Keep one leg straight and flat.

3)    Bend the other knee and place foot on the floor on the outside of the  flat leg.

4)     With the hand pull the knee towards the floor.

5)    Place the opposite hand up to stretch the torso on the other side.
