012 Bent Over Row

The Bent Over Row Exercise.

















1)   Stand and bend forward from the waist.


2)   Support your upper body with one arm.


3)   Keep your back straight and parallel to the floor.


4)   With a weight in one hand extend arm towards the floor.


5)   Draw back and fix the scapula.


6)   Raise the weight up towards the chest by bending the Elbow.
