019 Side Plank With Leg Raise

The Side Plank With Leg Raise.








1)    Lying on your side.


2)    Take your body weight on your fore arm.


3)    Keep your body in a straight line, a straight line through the Ear, Shoulder, Hips, Knees and ankles.


4)    Raise your hips from the floor


5)    Keep the body raised in a side bridge.


6)    Raise your top leg.


7)    Lower your body to the floor and repeat


6)  Repeat on the other side of the body.
