The Hip Flexor And Adductor Stretch.







1)        Lying on the floor adopt the press up position.


2)        Keep one leg in that position but walk the other leg out and around to the side of your body.


3)        Keep your chest high.


4)        Lower the pelvis towards the floor.


5)        Repeat on the other side.
