022 Windmills With Pole

The Windmill Exercise.








1)    Stand with your feet wide apart to touch the floor with your palms.


2)    Keep your back straight and bend forwards from the hips.


3)    Keep your back straight.


4)    Hold a pole or club in front of your chest.


5)    Rotate your body to the left and right.


6)    Maintain your spine angle through the movement.
