031 Half Lying Balance With Leg Extension

The Hlaf Lying balance With Leg Extension Exercise.

1)      Lie on a ball with the ball under your lumber spine(lower back).

 

2)      Place your arms across your chest.

 

3)      Close your eyes.

 

4)      Extend one leg.

 

5)      Maintain you’re balance.

 

6)      Repeat on the other leg.
