033 The Calf Stretch

The Calf Stretch Exercise.

1)           Stand with hands on the wall bend forward from the waist.

 

2)           Maintain the alignment with both shoulders pointing forwards.

 

3)           Keep the rear leg straight, and bend the front knee.

 

4)           Increase the stretch by allowing the back leg to move towards the wall.

 

5)           Keep the heels on the floor.
