1)           Stand with both hands on the wall with one leg in front of the other.

 

2)           Keep the shoulder alignment straight, with both shoulders pointing towards the wall.

 

3)           Bend both knees.

 

4)           Keep the heels on the floor.

 

5)           Hold the stretch for 10 seconds.
