1)           Lying on your front keep one leg straight.

2)           Bend your one knee.

3)           Grasp foot with both hands.

4)           Pull heel to glutes.

5)           Pull with hands push with foot at the same time.

6)           Allow knees to come off the floor.

7)           Repeat on the  other leg.
