009 Pigeon Stretch

Pigeon Stretch









1)  Adopt a half press up position

2)  Place one knee in front and rotate leg so knee and shin touch the floor

3)  Make sure the knee and foot are perpendicular to your body, or as far as you can get them to be

4)  With a straight back, thrust the hips into the ground

5)  For an increased stretch, lower the chest to the floor
