Transition in Golf

…is the key to producing a smooth power full swing, the small time period between the backswing and the downswing is the transition and in a number of players this can feel like a momentary pause.
The transition is vital to a good golf swing as it is a key part of isolating the backswing from the down swing, in physiological terms the pelvis and hip joints have worked the body into a coil in the back swing and complements the rotation of the thoracic spine. this has  happened with effective weight transfer and control of the center of gravity. THE TRANSITION is the transition of forces from one direction to the other,

We train the transition through exercises for dissaociation, and correct muscle activity.
