3. Cancellation, Refund & Lateness

SPS Sports Performance Solutions Ltd cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undeclared or unknown medical conditions, injuries or changes to your health that have not been disclosed. Services may be refused, adapted or stopped if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate to continue, or if the service required is outside the trainer’s scope of practice. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care, and you should seek medical advice where necessary.

Additional supervision, safeguarding or participation requirements may apply for youth athletes and group sessions.
6. Liability & Conduct
All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill, but no guarantee can be made regarding specific results such as performance improvements, injury recovery, fat loss or competition outcomes. SPS Sports Performance Solutions Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions. Clients are expected to behave respectfully; abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being ended immediately without refund where appropriate.
